RAMALLAH, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa called for  the need to intensify efforts and accelerate the land settlement process, particularly in Area C, to confront Israel’s ongoing policies of annexation, land seizure, and colonial expansion.

His remarks came on Wednesday during a meeting in Ramallah, where he received the 2024 Annual Report of the Land Authority from its head, Alaa Tamimi, in the presence of Cabinet Secretary-General Dawas Dawas, Government Communications Director Mohammad Abu Rob, Acting Head of the Settlement Authority Samer Odeh, and staff members from the Land Authority.

The Prime Minister reviewed the report's key findings and the achievements of the Land and Settlement Authority over the past period, as well as its development plans. These include expanding the national land registration project, improving land documentation services, and digitizing many procedures to ease access for citizens.

Mustafa praised the efforts of the Land Authority and its staff, highlighting their pivotal role in safeguarding citizens' property rights in the face of Israeli annexation schemes.
