NABLUS, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities approved today a decision to take over Palestinian-owned land in the villages of Qaruot and al-Sawiyeh to the south of Nablus, according to a local activist.
Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors Israeli settlement activities in the north of the West Bank, said Israeli authorities approved a decision by which it will take over large swathes of Palestinian agricultural land in the said villages.
The Israeli authorities intend to construct a residential area, public utilities, and settler-only roads there.
