RAMALLAH, Sunday, September 5, 2021 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces last night and today detained at least ten Palestinians, including five children, during raids across the occupied West Bank, according to local and Palestinian security sources.
In Hebron province, south of the West Bank, an Israeli army force stormed the town of Si'ir and detained five children after raiding and searching their homes. The five were identified as Rashad Jaradat (14), Mousa Jaradat (14), Hesham Jaradat (14), Mohammad Khaled Jaradat (15), and Murad Mutawir (15).
In Bethlehem province, also in the south of the West Bank, Israeli soldiers detained a Palestinian young man after raiding his home in the village of Jannatah, and a second one after intercepting him at the Container military checkpoint in the province.
In Jenin, north of the region, Israeli occupation soldiers detained two Palestinians after intercepting them at a temporary military checkpoint which the soldiers set up near the village of Anin.
Almost on a daily basis, Israeli occupation forces carry out raids targeting populated Palestinian communities for arrests or searches.
The practice, mostly carried out at nighttime, has become a life routine under Israeli military regime.
