KHAN YOUNIS, April 13, 2008, (WAFA) - Khan Younis governor Dr. Usama al-Fara warned Sunday against a real catastrophe to take place in Gaza Strip due to the Israeli decision of reducing the fuel amounts given to Gaza Strip.
Al-Fara said, in a press release, that the fuel amounts, given by
Israel, are insufficient. Ultimately, the daily life in
Gaza awaits a real humanitarian catastrophe.
He as well warned that the
Gaza power plant being shut means a comprehensive sabotage for all sides of daily life sectors.
He called on the international community, the Arab governments, to pressurize
Israel freezes the Israeli decision about reducing the fuel amount, allowed to access Gaza Strip.
