Ihsanoglu Decries Israeli Ongoing Assault against Palestinians
JEDDAH, January 8, 2008, (WAFA)- Secretary general of Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu voiced out early Tuesday his utmost decry for the Israeli vicious attacks practiced against the citizens in Gaza Strip, killing dozens lately.
In a press release, Ihsanoglu stressed that such crimes only reconfirms Israel carelessness toward the international law and the agreements signed with the Palestinians. Such a violation needs a hast international move so as to halt such breaches.
He, in conclusion, called on the International Security Council and the UN Secretary General to work hastily so as to cease the Israeli offensive against the Palestinians.
