Prisoners of Shatta Israeli Jail Appeal to End Acts against them
JENIN, November 14, 2007, (WAFA)- Prisoners in Israeli jail of “Shatta†called Wednesday upon the human rights institutions, mostly the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to hastily intervene so as to end the Israeli authorities’ acts against them.
In a letter leaked from the jail, the prisoners affirmed that “the Israeli jail authority blocked the Cantina four months agoâ€.
Thaer Abu Baker, activist in the prisoners’ affairs, said that the prisoner Ashraf al-Natour reiterated the deterioration of the prisoners’ living conditions inside the jail, calling upon the international bodies to end the Israeli breaches against the prisoners.
