Jordan Urges Peace Process' Sides to Seize Opportunity
AMMAN, March 27, 2007 (WAFA) -- Jordanian King Abdullah II urged the parties involved with the Middle-East peace process to seize the opportunity to settle the region's problems in light of the Arab peace initiative.
According to a press release by Jodan's Royal Court, the monarch stressed, after meeting UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, the UN role in supporting the peace process and reviving Palestinian-Israeli talks.
The king said the international community should aim at continuing political efforts and coordinating with all relevant regional and international sides, to support the peace process to find two neighboring nations in light of international laws.
