JENIN, Monday, June 29, 2020 (WAFA) - Qusay Hamdyeh, from the town of Yamoun, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, today completed 17 years in Israeli jails for resisting its occupation, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
PPS Jenin director Muntaser Samoor told WAFA that Hamdyeh is serving 28 years in prison.
He said Hamdyeh has been placed in solitary confinement for long periods of time and was denied family visits for years.
