RAMALLAH, Saturday, May 23, 2020 (WAFA) – Three Palestinian political prisoners serving various sentences in Israeli detention entered today their 12 and 18 years respectively in prison, said the Palestinian Prisoner‘s Society (PPS).
The PPS said Mohammad Rajeh Khaldi and Mohammad Aref Odeh, both hail from the West Bank village of Arranah, near Jenin, completed today their 11th year in prison, while prisoner Abdulla Sudqi Freihat, who comes from the nearby town of al-Yamun, entered his 18th year in detention.
The first two prisoners are sentenced to a life sentence, while the third is serving 21 years in prison.
The three have been denied family visitation several times by the Israeli occupation authorities as a punishment against him and his entire family.
The Israeli occupation authorities are still incarcerating more than 5,000 Palestinian and Arab prisoners for resisting its occupation of their homeland.
