HEBRON, March 31, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists set up mobile homes on Tuesday on Palestinian-owned land belonging to the village of Birin, southeast of Hebron, in the southern West Bank.
The head of the Birin village council, Farid Barqan, told WAFA that dozens of colonists set up the caravans on village land with the aim of expanding the settlement outpost of Mitzpe Ziv at the expense of Palestinian land and property.
