RAMALLAH, Sunday, September 15, 2019 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas issued on Sunday evening a decision to refer a number of judges to early retirement, based on the recommendation of the Transitional Judicial Council.
On July 18, President Mahmoud Abbas - acting in accordance with the constitutional powers - promulgated two Presidential Decrees, effectively holding the power of a law.
