RAMALLAH, Friday, March 08, 2019 (WAFA) – At least five Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces on Friday during clashes which erupted in the village of Beit Sira, to the west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, local sources said.
Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated rounds at Palestinian protesters who were demonstrating to call on Israeli authorities to hand over the withheld bodies of slain Amir Darraj and Yousef Anqawi, who were shot dead by the forces last week in the nearby village of Kafr Ne’meh.
The injured were moved to hospital for medical treatment.
The protesters waved the flag of Palestine and chanted slogans that condemned Israeli forces’ clod-blooded murder of Darraj and Yousef Anqawi.
