Israeli forces detain 13 Palestinians in raids across Salfit, Nablus and Hebron

RAMALLAH, June 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained 13 Palestinians during overnight and early morning raids across the occupied West Bank on Friday.

Local sources said Israeli forces stormed the town of Bruqin, in the Salfit Governorate, raided and searched several homes, ransacked their contents, and detained seven residents. 

The forces also carried out extensive searches and deployed heavily across several neighborhoods before withdrawing from the town.

In the eastern area of Nablus, Israeli forces raided homes in Balata refugee camp, Askar refugee camp, Balata al-Balad, and the Masaken el-Shaabiya neighborhood, detaining four Palestinians after searching and ransacking their homes.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces detained two Palestinians during a raid into the town of Adh-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron.

According to Palestinian security sources, soldiers spread throughout the town, raided and searched numerous homes, vandalized property, and converted some houses into military outposts before withdrawing.
