JENIN, June 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Thursday evening raided a mourning gathering in the village of Anza, south of Jenin, according to witnesses and local sources.
The sources said Israeli forces stormed the village and attacked a house hosting a mourning gathering for a deceased resident. Soldiers fired tear gas canisters, forcing mourners and attendees to leave the premises.
The forces also fired tear gas in several streets across the village during the raid.
