RAMALLAH, June 3, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is partially cloudy and mild in most areas in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime, with a slight rise in temperature, yet remaining a bit below annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah a high of 24°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza.

Another slight rise in temperature is expected for Monday, with a chance of scattered rain showers and occasional thunderstorms developing in the afternoon on some areas.

Weather on Tuesday is partially cloudy to clear, mild in mountainous areas and relatively hot in other areas in daytime. Temperature is set to rise and approach the seasonal average.

Temperature continues to rise on Wednesday approaching three degrees Celsius above annual average.
