Israeli Army Injures Three, Detains Four in Bethlehem Raid

BETHLEHEM, July 28, 2016 (WAFA) – At least three Palestinians were on Thursday injured and four others detained by Israeli troops, during a raid on Dehesheh refugee camp, near Bethlehem, according to local sources.

Clashes erupted between Israeli troops broke into Dehesheh at predawn Thursday, provoking clashes with local Palestinians, during which the army used live ammunition, teargas canisters and stun grenades to disperse the protesters. At least three of them were injured in their feet, and were transferred to hospital for medical treatment.

During the raid, army detained four Palestinians, identified as Raghad Shamroukh, Belal Mewei, Karam Abed Rabbo, and Hamdi Atrash.
