NABLUS, June 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation soldiers assaulted two Palestinian youths on Sunday near the Deir Sharaf checkpoint, west of the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Amid Ahmad, Director of the Emergency and Ambulance Center at the Palestinian Red Crescent in Nablus, reported that ambulance crews transferred the two injured youths to a hospital after they were physically assaulted by Israeli soldiers at the checkpoint.
Violence and harassment by Israeli forces at checkpoints are commonplace across the occupied West Bank, where Palestinians frequently face arbitrary searches, delays, and physical abuse.
