HEBRON, June 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Four Palestinians, including a woman, were injured on Sunday after being assaulted by Israeli colonists in Masafer Yatta region, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

Activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA that armed colonists wearing Israeli military uniforms attacked residents in Khirbet Umm al-Kheir, leaving four people wounded with bruises and other injuries.

Earlier in the day, colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, seized additional Palestinian land by relocating and expanding the perimeter fence of the illegal Carmel colony, pushing it deeper into the western part of Umm al-Kheir.

When local residents attempted to defend their land, Israeli forces responded by firing stun bombs and tear gas, physically assaulting civilians, and detaining several individuals.
