HEBRON, May 6, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday arrested
seven Palestinians during separate incidents and incursions in two West Bank
districts and in Jerusalem, as well as razed agricutural land to the west
of Hebron, according to local and security sources.
Army forces stormed the towns of Tarkumia, Surif, Beit Awwa and
Beit Ummar in Hebron district, before they arrested at least four Palestinians
after raiding and searching their families' homes.
They were identified as Amad Jaafreh,
18, Ameer lkam, 18, Ahmad Ghnemat, and Yusri Masalmeh.
Army also raided several homes in Beit Ummar and questioned
their residents, however, there were no further reports of arrests.
In the meantime, an army force stormed the village of Bal’in,
west of Ramallah, and arrested Mohammad Hassan Hamad, 18, and Wa’el Khatib, 18,
after raiding their homes.
In Jerusalem, Israeli police arrested a woman as she attempted
to exit al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the city. The woman was identified as Fatina
Hussein, and was taken to a nearby police station.
Meanwhile, Israeli army razed a private-owned land and destroyed
crops in the village of Idna, west of Hebron, according to a local source.
A witness told WAFA that Israeli army bulldozers stormed the
area and proceeded to raze a land planted with olive trees. The land is owned
by Thaer Qawasmi, a local resident.
