HEBRON, May 2, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli forces
Saturday arrested four Palestinians from the Hebron and Jenin districts, as
well as summoned two other Palestinians for interrogation, according to local
and security sources.
Sources informed WAFA that Israeli forces arrested
three Palestinians from the Hebron area; two Palestinians were arrested from
the towns of As-Samou and Dura during an Israeli army raid on the two towns, whereas a third
was arrested from the city of Hebron
while he attempted to cross the ‘Container Checkpoint’ located between Hebron
and Ramallah.
The three detainees were identified as Ismail
al-Hawamdeh, Thaer Amro, 21, and Ahmad al-Iwaiwe.
Forces also handed Islam al-Titi, 23, a notice to
appear before the Israeli intelligence.
Meanwhile in the Jenin area, forces arrested a Palestinian
captain of the Palestinian criminal investigation at a flying checking while he
was heading to Jericho to participate in an FBI training course. The captain
was identified as Mohammed Qabha, 37.
In the meantime, forces stormed the town of Aboud;
where they raided, searched, and took over the rooftops of several Palestinian-owned
homes, interrogating their residents. Forces further conducted a combing and searching
campaign in the town and set up a flying checkpoint at the town’s entrance. No
arrests were made.
In Bethlehem, forces handed two Palestinians;
identified as Ahmad Ali, 30, and Issa Saleh, 18, a notice ordering them to
appear for interrogation before the Israeli intelligence in Gush Etzion
settlement bloc.
