JERICHO, Monday, August 22, 2022 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation authorities today demolished eight Palestinian-owned houses that were still under construction in the village of al-Dyouk al-Tahta, to the west of the occupied West Bank city of Jericho, according to a local activist.
Issam Smeirat, Fatah’s secretary general in al-Dyouk, told WAFA that the Israeli forces raided the village and demolished eight houses that were under construction, most owned by Palestinians from occupied East Jerusalem.
He said each of the houses is about 130-150 square meters of space.
