RAMALLAH, August 29, 2012 (WAFA) – A group of Jewish settlers Wednesday burned a car belonging to a Palestinian from al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah, and sprayed anti-Arab slogans on two other cars and on the walls, according to an activist.
Ghassan Douglas, in charge of settlements file at the Palestinian Authority in the northern part of the West Bank, said settlers burned a car belonging to Noor Edin Sabh, tried to burn another car but failed and sprayed anti-Palestinian graffiti, calling for the killing of Arabs and inciting revenge against them.
He said that Palestinians were warned of a new wave of settlers’ attacks in the wake of talks of evicting the illegal settlement of Migron, east of Ramallah, calling to reactivate the popular watch committees to protect Palestinians and their property from settlers’ attacks.
Meanwhile, settlers Tuesday night burnt several cars belonging to Palestinians in Hebron, as well as attacked several Palestinian houses south of Nablus.
