GAZA, January 10, 2009 (WAFA)- On the fifteenth day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the death toll reached 821 martyrs, in addition to 3350 wounded.

Director general of ambulance and emergency services at the Palestinian Ministry of Health Dr. Mu’aweya Hasanein said that 821 Palestinians were killed in the on-going Israeli aggression since fifteen days. The number includes 235 children, 97 women, 97 elderly, 4 journalists and 12 medics. Accordingly, 3350 Palestinians were wounded, 410 of whom are in a very dangerous conditions.

Dr. Hasanein added that 14 Palestinian red crescent society ambulances were destroyed since the beginning of the aggression.

Israeli Occupation Forces are still going on with their continuous bombardment despite the UN Security Council Resolution issued, Friday, calling for an immediate halt of violence.
