2 Brothers Forced to Download and Reload their Cargo Twice at Israeli Checkpoint
JENIN, may 9, 2007, (WAFA)-Israeli soldiers forced on Wednesday morning two brothers to download dozens of vegetables boxes from their vehicle and reloaded them twice at a sudden military checkpoint in the West Bank city of Jenin, witnesses said.
They told WAFA that the soldiers at the checkpoint stopped a Volkswagen car loaded with vegetables. They stopped the driver and his brother. of Kafr Ra'i, south-west Jenin and asked them to empty the vehicle of the cargo for inspection.
The witnesses added that the two brothers download the cargo in the middle of the road. The soldiers asked them to reloaded it again amid dozens of vehicles stopped in both street directions waiting for permission to pass.
They pointed out that the two brothers were searched and checked physically and parts of vegetables were spoiled.
