President Meets Prime Minster in Gaza
GAZA, May 6, 2007, (WAFA)-President Mahmoud Abbas met on Sunday with Prime Minister, Ismail Haniya, in the presidential HQ in Gaza city.
During the meeting, the President and his Premier discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian territories in light of Israeli military escalation against the Palestinian people, and the exerted efforts made by the President to end international blockade.
Following the meeting, presidency spokesman, Nabil abu Rdeina, revealed that a series of meeting would start Monday between the President and his Premier to follow up issues of Mecca agreement, unity government and security bias.
