5 Citizens Wounded by IOF in Jenin
JENIN, May 6, 2007, (WAFA) - Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) wounded on Sunday five citizens in the West Bank (WB) city of Jenin.
WAFA correspondent revealed that Israeli soldiers backed by tanks and armoured vehicles swept into Jenin city and randomly opened fire towards citizens' houses, moderately wounding five citizens.
He added that Israeli soldiers launched a house-to-house search campaign into citizens' houses, causing a state of panic among residents, mostly children and women.
