RAMALLAH, Tuesday, June 02, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is hot to very hot with a significant rise in temperature which approaches 4°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperature is set to drop in the afternoon and night hours, paving the way to relatively cold conditions. Light to moderate southeasterly to southwesterly wind blows, and becomes occasionally active. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 29°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Wednesday’s temperature is expected to significantly drop and become slightly unseasonably low, paving the way to partially cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime and slightly cold conditions in nighttime.

Temperature is expected to rise on Thursday and become seasonal, paving the way to partially cloudy to clear and warm conditions in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in nighttime.
