RAMALLAH, Monday, June 01, 2020 (WAFA) – Another rise in temperature is expected today with clear skies and mild conditions in the mountains and relatively hot conditions in other areas, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate and occasionally active. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 25°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 26°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Another rise in temperature is expected for Tuesday to become above the annual mean by 4°C. Therefore, hot weather conditions are expected.
On Wednesday, temperature is expected to significantly drop to become slightly below annual average.
Temperature is expected to rise on Thursday to become around its annual average. Partially cloudy and clear skies are expected.
