RAMALLAH, Monday, September 23, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is mostly clear and pleasant in mountainous districts, and hot in the Jordan Valley in daytime and  with no change in temperature which remains slightly above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Relatively cold to pleasant conditions are expected in nighttime, especially in mountainous districts. Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 27°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

No change in weather conditions are expected for Tuesday, and temperature remains above seasonal average by a slight margin.

Wednesday’s temperature is set to slightly drop with partially cloudy to clear and relatively hot conditions, especially during the midday hours, and pleasant to slightly cold conditions in nighttime.

Thursday’s temperature is set to slightly rise with partially cloudy to clear and relatively hot conditions in daytime, especially in the Jordan Valley, and mild conditions in nighttime.
