HEBRON, July 18, 2017 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Health confirmed on Tuesday that Rafat Nathmi Hirbawi, 29, was shot dead by Israeli forces at the entrance to the village of Beit Anoun, north of Hebron.
Reports said Israeli forces opened fire at a Palestinian vehicle it had approached them claiming it was going to run them over.
The Red Crescent said its ambulance was not allowed to reach the Palestinian, who was taken away in an Israeli ambulance.
