RAMALLAH, July 16, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian on Sunday near the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, local sources told WAFA.
Israeli soldiers shot and killed Ammar Tirawi, 32, from the nearby village of Kafr Ein, after he allegedly attempted to open fire at them while they were raiding the area to detain him.
Israeli sources claimed that Tirawi had carried out two shooting attacks on Israeli forces outside Nabi Saleh village on Saturday evening.
Security sources told WAFA that two Palestinians were shot and later detained by Israeli forces before they raided the village.
