RAMALLAH, April 20, 2026 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that partly cloudy skies and relatively cold weather are expected in the mountainous areas today, Monday, with moderate temperatures in the rest of the country. A further drop in temperatures is expected, with a slight chance of light, scattered showers in some areas. Winds will be southwesterly to westerly, moderate to brisk, with occasional strong gusts. Sea waves will be moderate to high.

In the evening and night, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy and cold. Winds will be southwesterly to westerly, moderate to brisk, with occasional strong gusts. Sea waves will be moderate to high.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the weather will be partly cloudy, spring-like, and mild, with a rise in temperatures. There remains a slight chance of light, scattered showers in some areas during the morning hours. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate. Sea waves will be moderate.

On Wednesday. partly cloudy to clear skies with mild spring-like conditions and a further rise in temperatures. Winds will be light to moderate, blowing from the northwest to west. Sea waves will be low.

Thursday's weather will be generally clear skies with another rise in temperatures. Spring-like conditions are expected in the mountains, while the rest of the country will experience relatively hot weather. Winds will be light, blowing from the northwest to northeast. Sea waves will be low.

The PMD warned on Monday of the risk of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall, reduced horizontal visibility, and high sea waves.
