TULKARM, October 13, 2026 (WAFA) – Two women were injured today, Tuesday, after being beaten by terrorist colonists while harvesting olives in the town of Beit Lid, east of Tulkarm.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society in Tulkarm reported that its teams treated two women who had been beaten in Beit Lid; the injuries were to the abdomen and head. Both women were transported to the hospital, and their condition was described as moderate.
Eyewitnesses from the town told WAFA that a group of armed colonists, carrying clubs, attacked residents harvesting olives on their land at the edge of the town, forcing a number of them to leave the area.
The witnesses added that the colonists beat two women with clubs—one of whom was an elderly woman who sustained a head injury—noting that when family members attempted to rescue her and get her out of the area, one of the colonists brandished his weapon at them.
