GAZA, February 13, 2026 (WAFA) – The Presidential Aid Committee distributed food parcels to needy families in the Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing efforts to support the Palestinian people and strengthen their resilience amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Strip, particularly with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan.

Mahmoud Al-Habbash, the President’s Adviser on Religious and Islamic Affairs and Head of the Presidential Aid Committee, affirmed that these efforts are being undertaken in accordance with directives from President Mahmoud Abbas to provide assistance to affected families in Gaza and alleviate their suffering, particularly as the blessed month of Ramadan approaches—a month emblematic of solidarity, compassion, and mutual support.

This campaign forms part of a series of relief initiatives undertaken by the Presidential Aid Committee to bolster the resilience of the Palestinian people in Gaza, strengthen the humanitarian and national approach in serving them, and alleviate their hardships.
