GAZA, Friday, May 12, 2023 (WAFA) – A Palestinian at dawn on Friday succumbed to his wounds sustained earlier in an Israeli airstrike on the northern besieged Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
Medical sources of the Indonesia Hospital confirmed that a 38-year-old man died of his critical wounds he sustained several hours earlier in an Israeli airstrike on the village of Ezbet Abd Rabo, in the northern Gaza Strip.
The same airstrike on the town resulted in the killing of another man, 22.
At the dawn on Friday, Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes targeting several locations across the besieged Gaza Strip.
He said that Israeli fighter jets shelled a tract of farmlands and open areas across the besieged coastal enclave, causing extensive material damage to the locations as well as to nearby property and spreading panic and fear among the civilian population.
Earlier on the late night of Thursday, Israeli fighter jets targeted a location in the vicinity of the electric power plant to the north of Nuseirat refugee camp, killing another and wounding several others, including critical injuries, and causing a power outage that plunged the area into darkness.
Israel has launched airstrikes against the besieged Gaza Strip for the fourth consecutive day, resulting in the killing of 31 Palestinians, including women and children, and wounding over 95 others, including serious injuries.
This rises the total death toll of Palestinians at the hands of Israeli army and settlers since the start of 2023 to 146 in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip, including 26 children and six women.
