NABLUS, July 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Wednesday evening seized a tract of land and agricultural structures belonging to the inhabitants of Qaryut, south of Nablus, according to security and local sources.
They reported that colonists stormed eastern Qaryut and seized farmlands, agricultural sheds, and greenhouses.
The assailants prevented Palestinian inhabitants from approaching the area and raised Israeli flags in an apparent attempt to establish a new colonial outpost there.
Meanwhile, colonists broke into a Palestinian-owned house under construction in the village of Deir Ammar, west of Ramallah, and wreaked havoc inside.
