King of Jordan Affirms on Two-State Solution
AMMAN, April 18, 2007, (WAFA)-King of Jordan, Abdullah II stressed on the necessity to move peace efforts in the Middle East in accordance with internationally and Arab accepted of the two- state solution.
During talks with Defense Secretary Robert Gates, His Majesty said that the Palestinian cause is the core of conflict in the region and the establishment of an independent state is the solution and the top priority for all.
His Majesty stressed on the importance of supporting the Arab initiative which is an authentic Arab well to maintain peace with Israelis and end decades of Arab-Israeli conflict.
