RAMALLAH, Saturday, May 9, 2020 (WAFA) – Minister of Health, Mai Alkaila, confirmed today 39 more recoveries among the coronavirus patients in Palestine, which brings up the total recovery cases in the country to 321 (representing 58.7 percent of the total coronavirus cases).

She said nine of the cases were in Ramallah, two in Hebron, three in Tulkarm, 13 in the outskirts of Jerusalem, and 12 in East Jerusalem.

Alkaila added that out of the 547 cases of coronavirus registered so far in Palestine, 222 remain active to date, of which 133 cases are in occupied East Jerusalem and the outskirts of the city on the West Bank side of the Israeli Segregation Barrier.

She explained that all cases are in a good condition and none were placed in ICU.
