RAMALLAH, Saturday, May 2, 2020 (WAFA) – Spring weather conditions are expected today with a slight drop in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate, westerly to northwesterly wind and low to medium sea waves are expected.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 21°C and a low of 11°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 18°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 16°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A rise in temperature is expected tomorrow as the spring conditions continue.

No change in temperature is expected on Monday.

However, a significant drop in temperature is expected on Tuesday to become 5°C below the annual average with scattered rain on most areas, said the PMD.
