RAMALLAH, Saturday, April 25, 2020 (WAFA) – A significant drop in temperature to approach 6°C below the seasonal average and rain on most areas are expected today, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Active to strong and dusty, northwesterly to westerly winds are expected and high sea waves.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 14°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A rise in temperature is expected tomorrow but remains 3°C below the seasonal average. A slight chance of rain is expected in the morning hours.

Temperature picks up again on Monday to become around the season’s average, said the PMD, which warned against low visibility on the roads today.
