RAMALLAH, Tuesday, April 21, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is hot in most areas despite a slight drop in temperature which remains 5°C above the annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are northwesterly to westerly, light to moderate and sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 25°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Hot and dry weather conditions are expected on Wednesday as temperature becomes 8°C above the average, said the PMD.

However, temperature drops again significantly on Thursday to stop at 2°C above the average.
