RAMALLAH, Friday, April 10, 2020 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas made today a phone call with Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, and discussed with him the ongoing efforts to contain the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
President Abbas also discussed with Sheikh Sabah issues of mutual interests for both countries, and wished him a swift end to the current coronavirus pandemic affecting the entire world, including Kuwait.
The President further offered his thanks to the leadership and people of Kuwait for their unswerving support of the Palestinian people and their just cause.
