RAMALLAH, Thursday, April 9, 2020 (WAFA) – A slight rise in temperature is expected today with moderate conditions prevailing during the day and cold at night. A low chance for light scattered rain on some areas, mainly in the north of the country, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are westerly to northwesterly, moderate to active at night, and sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 16°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 13°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature is expected to drop on Friday and Saturday with scattered showers on most areas and possibly thunderstorms on Saturday, said the PMD.
