BETHLEHEM, Friday, January 03, 2019 (WAFA) – Palestinian teenager Hussein Younes, who was shot, wounded and detained by Israeli soldiers yesterday, is in a stable health condition, today said the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission.
The Commission said in a statement that Younes sustained fractures from a live bullet injury below his knee when he was shot by the Israeli army.
It said it was informed by the Israeli occupation authorities that a court in absentia will be held for Younes, who the army accused of attempting to stab soldiers on Thursday evening near Gush Etzion settlement bloc before they shot and injured him.
