NABLUS, Saturday, April 13, 2019 (WAFA) – A Palestinian resident of Burin village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, was injured in the thigh last night when village residents confronted Jewish settlers who broke into their village, according to a local official.
Ghassan Daghlas, in charge of the settlements files in the Palestinian Authority, told WAFA that Obada Najjar was shot by a settler during the confrontations.
He said village residents confronted the armed settlers who often raid Palestinian villages to terrorize their population and vandalize property and that during the confrontations, Najjar was shot and injured. He was taken to hospital in Nablus for treatment.
