RAMALLAH, Thursday, March 07, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and cold to very cold with a drop in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A slight chance of sporadic light rain on some districts is expected. Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate and sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 12°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Friday’s temperature is set to rise with partially cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime, except for mountainous districts where it is set to be relatively cold, and cold conditions in nighttime. A slight chance of scattered light rains is expected in the early morning hours on some districts, especially the northern.

PMD expects Saturday’s and Sunday’s temperature to significantly rise with mainly mild and clear conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime.
