GAZA, May 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Four Palestinian citizens were killed and others wounded Tuesday in Israeli shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip.

In the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, two people, including a  woman, were killed in Israeli artillery shelling of the southeastern areas of the camp.

Two other people were killed by Israeli drone fire, one in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, and the other south of the city.

Medical sources at al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip reported that an Israeli drone fired at an ambulance in the hospital courtyard. However, no injuries were reported though.

Israeli fighter jets targeted the Batn al-Sameen area, south of Khan Yunis, and the eastern areas of the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

According to medical sources, more than 60 people, including children and women, have been killed since dawn today as a result of a series of airstrikes and brutal massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 53,486 Palestinian civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, with nearly 121,398 reported injured.
