GAZA, May 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Dozens of civilians, most of them children and women, have been killed and wounded since dawn on Tuesday in renewed Israeli bombardment of several areas in the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondents reported that 12 civilians, including children, were killed in the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation against the Abu Samra family, following the bombing of their home in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.
Two civilians were killed and others were wounded in an Israeli drone strike on the al-Manara area, east of Khan Yunis, south of Gaza City.
The death toll from the Israeli bombing of a gas station west of the Nuseirat refugee camp has risen to 15.
A citizen was killed in Israeli bombing of al-Sikka Street in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
According to medical sources, more than 60 civilians, including children and women, have been killed since dawn today as a result of a series of airstrikes and brutal massacres committed by the Israeli occupation, which bombed homes and tents housing displaced persons in the Gaza Strip.
Israeli gunboats are firing at civilian homes in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 53,486 civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 121,398 others.
This is a preliminary toll, with a number of victims still buried under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulance and rescue crews.
