Two Palestinians detained from Jerusalem, Jenin

 

JERUSALEM, Tuesday, March 05, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained two Palestinians from Jerusalem and Jenin.

Israeli police detained one of the Waqf-appointed guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque compound as he exited the holy site via the Lions’ Gate, also known as Bab al-Asbat.

Meanwhile, Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS) confirmed that Israeli forces detained a former prisoner after storming his family’s house in Deir Abu Da‘if village, east of Jenin.

This brings the total number of Palestinians  detained on Tuesday to 14. Israeli forces Tuesday overnight rounded up 12 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank.
