BAGHDAD, Monday, March 04, 2019 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas met today with his Iraqi counterpart Burham Saleh in the presidential palace in Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
Both presidents discussed the current political situation, the dangers facing the Palestinian cause, issues of mutual concern as well as bilateral relations and ways to promote them in various fields to serve their common interests.
President Abbas arrived in Baghdad yesterday on an official visit, where he met several Iraqi officials.
